Language Capability Audits are competence evaluation services designed to assess the language skills of your employees, contractors or job applicants. Our services are customised to reflect the needs of a particular client, be it recruitment support or performance improvement of the existing team.

The process is based on the POZENA competence testing methodology, which assesses language proficiency in four core language skills. We also administer custom tests, built in cooperation with HR departments.   

Test results are presented in the industry-standard form regulated by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Recruitment support language audits are meant to assess foreign language proficiency of potential employees.

These tests are primarily designed to evaluate the language skills that are required for a specific position. 

The system of individual testing is more complex and reliable than the basic in-house tools typically used by recruitment firms. Therefore, this service may be a part of a package provided by an external recruitment firm or headhunter.

Team language competence audits aim to assess the current language skills of the client's existing staff members.

The procedure results in a detailed written report on each person tested, complete with a proposal regarding custom language training to assure any attention areas are addressed and appropriate goals are set.
